My bigger boy!

Connor is growing well and finally exceeding 14 lbs! He weighed 14 lbs 5 oz at his doctor visit on Friday! Hi slegs are getting longer but he still has chubs!!!

My little Water baby!

Connor went swimming for the third time on Memorial Day at Nana and Papa's house! He loves the water! He kicks his legs, splashes with his hands and has a great time! He didn't even get scared when Chris dunked him under! The first time he looked surpirsed but he got used to it fast! He took his elephant from Granny swimming with him too! He had so much fun! Lots more swimming over the summer!

The Zoo and Aquarium!

Connor and I went to the zoo and aquarium with Brandon and Stephanie for Brandon's 3rd Birthday! Brandon loved the sharks and Connor loved the stngrays! He was kicking his feet and trying to grab them as we watched them swim! He took a little nap in the middle but we went through the aquarium for a second look!

Food Adventures

Connor has many adventures at the dinner table! He gets very excited when you have a cup near him cause he thinks he gets a drink! He likes to play with anything Daddy will give him on the table...like a ketchup bottle that is half the size of him! This is also a picture of his first cookie!

I can sit up now!

Connor loves to sit up! He sits and plays with his toys and sometimes Aspen! She likes to kiss him and usually knocks him over! He thinks he is so big! As you can tell by the drool on his shirt he is still teething!

Connor's First Easter

Connor loves ducks so the perfect gift would be a stuffed ducky! His Easter basket was filled with all of Daddy's favorite candy too! Connor celebrated at Grandma and Papa Berry's and watched the other kids hunt eggs. Next year he will join in! The Easter bunny brought Connor his first tooth too!

MMMMM... Veggies

Connor started eating veggies at 6 months old! Here are some photos from his first taste of sweet potatoes! So far they are his favorite. He likes to eat veggies and he likes to play with the spoon. He thinks he might be able to feed himself faster than we can!

Jumperoo fun!

Connor loves his jumperoo from Great Aunt Sam and Uncle Gene! He waited patiently while Daddy put it together and then we realized he needed a lift kit to reach the ground! Two months later he can now reach the ground on his own! He loves it and jumps like crazy!

Way too long...

Ok I would say I was a slacker, but I have been having so much fun with Connor that I think I have an excuse to be behind. The last three months have been so much fun that I haven't had time to update everything. I will update soon with pictures I promise! Just as a preview Connor is still the happiest baby, started eating vegtables, he had his first Easter, has two teeth now, sits up all the time, took his first swim, first trip to the zoo and is a little giggle monster. Gosh lots of pictures coming soon!

5 Months old!

I can't believe Connor is already 5 months old~ He was very happy during his pictures in his big boy chair! He was posing! Too cute! Connor took his first bath in the big tub! Daddy filled it up a little too much and Connor was floating around like he was on a raft! He liked it but we had to drain a little water to finish the bath! He still loves to play and he has a picture with his ducky that was 'stolen' from Grandma'a house! He is getting so big and he wants to sit up so bad!

Daddy Day Care Part 2!

I came home from work today and Chris was in the shower getting ready so we could go out for dinner. I looked in the little chair in the bathroom that Connor sits in while I get ready and he wasn't there! I looked up at Chris and asked him where the baby was...well through the glass I saw that Connor was taking his first big boy shower with daddy! Connor loved the water and Chris was singing along to the radio another favorite of Connor's! Too funny! I laughed at them and looked down to see Connor's diaper on the ground next to Chris' underwear...like father like son apparently Chris is teaching him some bad habits! :) I can't say I was shocked because Chris wants Connor to do everything with him. The shower was only for entertainment purposes only because there was no soap involved for Connor! He really liked it so I am sure this won't be the last time I come home to this!

Connor, Connor, Connor...

He is so much fun! Connor loves when we sing to him~sad thing is that we are not good singers! We loaded up the karaoke channel on Cox on demand the other day and Connor loved it! Chris and I realized what horrible singers we are but Connor had a blast! He also likes it when Daddy makes up songs and raps for him! It is pretty funny! He is giggling like crazy and loves to play. He always wants to sit up and pulls his head and shoulders off the ground when he is laying down trying so hard to get up to a sitting position! Chris says he is doing crunches and he really looks like he is! He is oh so close to rolling from his back to his belly. Any day now and he will be rolling over! It has been too long since I updated that there are so many new things that are incredibly cute! Well everything is so cute to me! He started eating rice cereal although not very well. Chris can get him to eat it much easier than I. He does pretty good! Soon it will be on to veggies...yum ;)

We have a hunch that he is teething now. He is drooling out of control, loves to chew on everything, has had a slight fever every couple of days and has several bumps on his little gums. Soon we will see if a little tooth pops out! He loves to have a cold rag on his head when he is a little warm. It cools him right down and he loves it!

I can't believe he will be five months on Monday! They are kidding when they say it goes by fast!

My big boy!

Just a little comparison of how much my little baby has grown! He now weighs 10 lbs 6 oz and is 21.5 inches long! Still a little guy but great big from where he started! So sweet!

Daddy Day Care!

I went to the grocery store last Saturday while Chris watched Connor. He needed to clean up the backyard since some friends were coming over to watch the playoffs. I came in the door and looked in the back yard. Chris had decided to start cleaning the backyard before I came back from the store. He moved Connor's swing out into the yard so he could 'help' Daddy clean the backyard! It was so cute and Connor was cooing away in his swing in the backyard!! Too cute!

Happy New Year!

Mommy and Daddy stayed home on New Year's Eve because Connor has his first little cold. Little sneezes, coughs and puffy eyes poor baby! He is still smiley for not feeling so hot! Even though he should have been asleep Connor was wide awake for New Year's! I took his picture at the stroke of midnight and he kissed his elephant!

Connor's First Christmas!

Ok I am a little late...but Connor had a great Christmas! Although he didn't have any needs he received some great presents. His favorite so far is his stuffed elephant from his cousins and Aunt Dede and Uncle RD. He LOVES that thing! He plays with the crinkly ear and licks...yes I said licks the rattle on the nose! If he is crying and we put the elephant in front of him he stops! Too cute! He spent the day being passed around to family members and cuddled all day long! He visited both the Berry and Gudgeon side of the family! I can't wait until next year when he can open his presents~but he was our greatest gift ever!
